AppointMate, Inc.

  In April of 2003, Superior Systems Integrators, Inc. developed a product called ScheduleMate. ScheduleMate was a Windows desktop application that had the ability to poll a scheduling system, and integrate it with a telephony system to provide up-to-date tracking and status on scheduled visits. In October of 2004, the applications functionality was expanded to include a complete scheduling system with integrated telephone time clock, and converted to a web-based system. Several companies volunteered to be software beta testers. After 6 months of rigorous beta testing, the application was conditioned, polished, and officially released to the general public as "AppointMate" in March of 2005. At the same time, AppointMate, Inc. was spun off of Superior Systems Integrators, Inc. to become its own entity and focus on the task of becoming a leader in the scheduling industry.

AppointMate Version 2.0 was released in March of 2006, and major changes included a new sleeker look to better utilize screen space, a robust reporting portal with dozens of reports, exportable to Microsoft Excel and Adobe PDF, and a Contacts/Prospects portal to allow you to track workflow and history on prospective customers.

In October 2009 Delta Health Technologies, LLC, one of the most experienced providers of information systems and services for homecare entities nationwide, acquired AppointMate, Inc. The pairing of Delta and AppointMate allows both companies to better meet the changing needs of the entire homecare industry: Private Duty, Home Health and Hospice. With a consistent management thread of over 40 years, Delta offers stability and commitment to the long-term success of AppointMate and our customers.
